What is a Belly Imprint?
Belly Imprint is an all-in-one product that gives expecting moms a pampering spa treatment to soothe the mind, body and belly and a unique keepsake to cherish for years to come. Belly Vita’s patent-pending, modern belly sculpture can be experienced in the spa or in the home, as a bonding activity with family and friends, or as a baby shower activity.  It is a safe way to create a beautiful piece of art to hang in the newborn’s nursery or display elsewhere in the home. 

As the Belly Imprint is being created, the Balancing Belly Oil spa treatment helps prevent stretch marks, relieve stress, and nourish the skin.  A sophisticated design, Belly Imprint is the perfect way to make a lasting imprint of the motherhood journey and pamper the expecting mom.

How easy is it to make a Belly Imprint?
The Belly Imprint Spa Treatment & Sculpting Kit experience is an easy three-step process.  It is quite simple, and, unlike belly casting products, Belly Imprint is made with a single piece of luxurious sculpting fabric. The 30 to 50-minute experience begins with the massage of the aromatherapy Balancing Belly Oil specially designed to soothe the mind and belly.  Following, the Belly Vita luxurious fabric is infused with sculpting powder and warm water.  Lastly, the Belly Vita fabric is sculpted on the belly and chest to create a beautiful silhouette sculpture.  Women can experience Belly Imprint in the privacy of their home, as a baby shower activity or at a spa in combination with a massage and/or other treatments. 

Do I need help creating the Belly Imprint?
Yes, we recommend sharing the Belly Imprint experience with a special family member or friend.  Belly Imprint can also be a wonderful bonding experience with the husband and older children.  It is the perfect way for the family to welcome the new baby and take part in the pregnancy experience.  To ensure full relaxation for the expecting mom, the family and/or friend may help smooth the aromatherapy Balancing Belly Oil onto the skin, create the sculpture keepsake, and offer a hand and foot massage!

What do I do with a Belly Imprint?
Belly Imprint is the perfect piece of art to hang in the baby’s nursery or elsewhere in the home.  It can be hung on the wall with a piece of ribbon, or attached to a pedestal stand as a free-standing sculpture.  Or, women may treasure their Belly Imprint in a keepsake box to present it to the baby as a gift in the future.  Prior to preserving and hanging, women often choose to “finish” the sculpture by bronzing, gilding or painting.  A complete Belly Design Kit will be offered in the future.

What measures has Belly Vita taken to ensure its products are safe for the expecting mother and baby?
Belly Vita developed all products with a team of experts, including a seasoned chemist, a certified aromatherapist, a dermatologist and a leading product design firm, to create products safe for pregnancy and effective in easing stress and balancing the mind and body.  Specially formulated for the pregnant woman, all Belly Vita products and ingredients have been researched and screened to ensure their safety and minimize allergic reactions.  Each ingredient was reviewed through the Cosmetic Ingredient Review Board, an independent organization consisting of dermatologists, scientists and physicians through the Cosmetic, Toiletries and Fragrance Association (CTFA). Additionally, the ingredients were reviewed through the United States National Library of Medicine Toxicology to ensure the formulas do not propose a risk to the mom or baby.
